I am making lots of changes to my physique with the help of trainer(s), Kim Oddo and Hany Rambod.
I have a couple of great workout buddies -- Jennifer Ludington (watch out tall girls, she is up and coming. Look for her in the F Class at the 2009 NPC Emerald cup) and Grace Lawrence!
